REFUND POLICY

At Glitter Pop, we always ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products and services. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

We take the utmost care while manufacturing, packing, and shipping our products to you.

Replacements:

In the unfortunate event that a product is damaged or short supplied, please follow the process below:

  • Notify Glitter Pop within 5 days from the date of delivery via email to hello@glitterpop.in.

  • Mention your order number and attach an image of the invoice.

  • Attach a photo of the damaged box (in case of damage).

  • In case of a short supply, please mention a brief description of the missing item(s).

We will respond as quickly as possible, and upon reviewing your request, we will ship the replacement items immediately.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

We do allow for an exchange in the scenarios mentioned above. However, we do not issue any refunds.
